This anthology issue contains "Framed," a story by Bill Brown about Junior and a friend who attempt to secure funds for Goofy's birthday by writing a ransom note as a prank, only to discover it was taken seriously when a police officer arrives at the house investigating an actual kidnapping. The scheme backfires when Junior's parents and authorities realize what has happened, resulting in Junior being grounded and forbidden from seeing his girlfriend for six weeks. A second story, also titled "Junior," depicts Junior's sister attempting to teach him a lesson about treating women poorly by orchestrating a boycott, arranging for his current girlfriend to ignore him and convince other girls to do the same until he learns better behavior.
