This anthology issue contains two crime stories. "Guilty" depicts police trapping a shoplifting syndicate when an emergency alarm prevents their escape from a jewelry store. "The Deadliest Game" follows a criminal named Joe Moran who, after beating a rap with help from lawyer Stafford, becomes entangled with underworld figure Mike Laslo and bookkeeper Larry Nash in a scheme involving stolen money and murder; the story culminates in a car crash and the criminals being apprehended by police.
