Justice Traps the Guilty #35

A criminal named Cropper runs an illegal operation and attempts to silence those who might expose him, including Mr. Webster and Pete Webster, but Joey Arnold decides not to spill information about Cropper's activities despite pressure from the gangsters. When Joey is released, the criminals pursue him to retrieve a gun hidden in a pen, but Joey crashes his car to escape, and the gangsters are ultimately apprehended by police.
