Justice Traps the Guilty #48 A criminal named Speed, who worked with a gang including a man named Shaw, is confronted by police after his mugging and robbery spree ends. Speed reveals he previously worked with Shaw but turned crooked, and the two had a falling out involving a woman named Laura and the death of a man named Lew Perch. Shaw attempts to kill Speed and Laura to silence them, but is ultimately apprehended. In a separate story, Paul searches for his missing brother Phil, who disappeared a year ago. Paul eventually locates Phil, discovering he had been hiding after becoming entangled with mobsters and turning informant, but reunites with his brother and brings him home.
