Kathy #12 (1952) This issue contains two stories featuring the teen character Kathy. "Myrtle in 'Lati Dati'" follows Myrtle as she rushes to a Latin class and encounters a boy named Greg at a soda shop. In "Basement Bargain," Kathy rushes through school hallways late for Latin class, frustrating her teacher Miss Crane, who warns her to do her assignment on the blackboard. Kathy participates in a school bazaar where she and her friends set up booths, including a Frankfurters booth, with Kathy struggling to keep up with customer demand before visiting a fortune teller booth run by another girl at the event.
