This issue is an anthology featuring multiple stories centered on the teenage character Kathy. The stories include a fishing trip where children discover that Fleer's Dubble Bubble gum works as effective bait; a "Myrtle" segment showing a young driver exceeding the speed limit and receiving a ticket from a police officer; a "Junior Speed Limit" story where a teenage boy is pulled over for speeding and given a ticket, learning that he was only driving for half an hour; and a fortune-teller storyline in which Madame Zaza predicts Kathy's future wealth and glamorous lifestyle, leading to comedic hijinks when fortune-telling friends and mysterious visitors arrive at her home seeking her newfound riches.
