This anthology issue contains three stories: "The Vanished Nerds," in which Kid Cowboy pursues outlaws through the wastelands; "The Little Sheriff in The Rodeo Rider," a humorous tale of Stumpy Bunyan and children attending a rodeo where they encounter a retired rodeo rider named "Blitzkrieg"; "Ghost Towns of the Old West: Hellodorado," a historical account of Tombstone, Arizona's rise as a mining boomtown populated by gunslingers like the Earp Brothers and its eventual decline; and "Fanged Gold," a prose story about Harry Fox and Fred Berkey contracting with Pete Baschi to supply live rattlesnakes for a snake-trapping business in the desert.
