Kid Montana #32 This issue contains two stories. The lead story "Gunfighter" follows Kid Montana as he becomes embroiled in a conflict between townspeople and an outlaw named Geronimo who attacks a supply wagon and takes hostages. Kid Montana remains alone in town while soldiers and townspeople debate whether to negotiate or use force, ultimately deciding he must act to prevent bloodshed. The second story, "Only an Indian," is a text feature narrated by former sheriff Joe Slidell, recounting a shooting incident from his time in office involving an Indian who was shot by a rancher named Fred Wentworth, and how Martha, a local woman who serves as a nurse, becomes involved in the aftermath and confrontation with Wentworth.
