King of the Bad Men of Deadwood #1

In March 1877, Dunc Blackburn, a lone road agent, plans to establish a toll station on a route through the Black Hills where ten gold coaches pass daily without armed guards. After recruiting two gunmen to help guard the payload, Blackburn successfully robs the coaches, but his operation is interrupted when Jane, a woman disguised as a soldier, infiltrates the camp and becomes romantically entangled with the captain of the 439th cavalry unit. As the cavalry swoops down on Blackburn's camp in a surprise attack, Jane's true identity is revealed, and she helps lead the military assault against the outlaw gang while Blackburn attempts to escape the gunfire.
