An anthology issue featuring multiple stories: "Daffy the Deputy Sheriff" follows the small character as he attempts to capture a criminal and deal with a tough man claiming to be the world's strongest; "Tough and Happy Tod and Annie" depicts two runaway orphans encountering danger at the seaside when they become separated and must be rescued from the rising tide; and "School of the Clouds" shows Ginger and Bob missing a train to Elmchester and embarking on an eventful journey involving a motorcycle chase, guards, and various misadventures as they attempt to reach their destination.
