Lars of Mars #10 Lars, a Martian posing as a television actor on Earth, is forced to abandon his cover when a real man from Mars arrives and demands he return home, claiming all evil must be vanquished from Earth. After Lars reluctantly agrees to stay, he must intercept a Communist aircraft attempting to steal a new metal shipment bound for Asia, using his Martian jet unit to pursue the plane and destroy it in a blazing aerial confrontation above Earth's cities. When the Communist pilot and crew parachute down and are captured, Lars helps Earth authorities apprehend the villains, proving his worth as a defender of the planet.
