Lash LaRue Western #24

Lash LaRue discovers a tribe is suffering from a mysterious illness and decides to investigate at a local reservoir, suspecting poisoned water. After clearing a barricade and finding evidence of foul play, Lash learns that a gang has been deliberately contaminating the water supply. He brings the contaminated water to a doctor, who confirms it is causing the sickness, and Lash establishes a protective association for the ranchers to combat the criminals responsible. When rival factions emerge—including a competing protective group from Cinder Gulch—Lash's association must overcome internal divisions to confront the actual threat causing the "death chant" plaguing the region.
