Lawbreakers Suspense Stories #13

In the opening story "Lawbreakers," police pursue a dangerous criminal named Karger across the countryside after he is shot and wounded; officers plan to ambush him at a hospital, but Karger manages to elude them and recover from his injuries. A second story follows Abner Benson, a man involved in a scheme to write threatening letters and send telegrams that will give him an alibi for committing arson at his own home; however, his plan unravels when his partner D-Dean arrives unexpectedly, forcing Benson to abort the plot and flee.
