Leroy #4

The lead story "Pardon My Smoke" follows Leroy's mishaps at a 100-yard hurdle race where he encounters wasps, forgets the race is happening, and causes general chaos that results in his disqualification. In a second story, Leroy attempts to help smooth things over between his mother and the Dean of his school by getting her to attend a parent-teacher meeting, but his schemes backfire when he tries to manipulate the situation through various pranks and tricks. The issue showcases Leroy's bumbling teenage antics and his tendency to create more problems than he solves in his well-intentioned but misguided efforts.
