Li'l Genius #13

This issue contains multiple comic stories featuring Li'l Genius. In the first story, a police officer warns Li'l Genius to stay out of trouble, but the boy soon finds himself in a predicament involving water and a bicycle. A second story, "Unlucky Daze," shows Li'l Genius and a girl named Ollie chasing a cat, after which the girl's father consults a doctor about his daughter's bad luck, resulting in comedic chaos. The final visible story, "Genius at Work," depicts Li'l Genius helping a man named Henry on a roof, where the boy's presence creates increasingly absurd and dangerous situations that the man must navigate.
