Li'l Genius #22

Li'l Genius contains two main stories. In the first, Li'l Genius devises a snare with a rope and pulley to catch a large animal, but the plan backfires when a bear cub wanders into the trap instead; he takes pity on the lost cub and brings it to camp. In the second story, Li'l Genius wants to send for an ant farm kit to become a farmer, but his father objects, reminding him of past schemes including attempts to become a bee keeper that resulted in bee stings, and warns that keeping bees would only lead to more trouble.
