Li'l Genius #51

Li'l Genius encounters a toy penguin named Penny Penguin at a produce stand and brings it to the city zoo, where a reporter interviews him about the toy's apparent ability to speak and understand things. When the reporter discovers the tape inside the penguin has been erased, he learns a lesson about children and animals being smarter than adults assume. The issue also includes a separate story in which Li'l Genius finds his father's roller skates and decides to make a scooter from them, leading to a discussion with his parents about sharing possessions and the father's belongings.
