Li'l Ghost encounters various mishaps in two stories. In the first, Li'l Ghost causes chaos at an Annual Sports Show, knocking over spectators and structures, leading a girl named Mushi to call him back before he gets lost. In the second story, Li'l Ghost finds a mysterious beard on his face and mistakes a hairbrush, then a haunted house, for a mirror before discovering the beard belongs to Donald, an older ghost who warns him that boys and girls—and ghosts—can be "a lotta fun to have around."
