Li'l Pan #6

Li'l Pan participates in a swing contest at what appears to be a beach gathering. In one story, Pan encounters a vendor selling Chinese cotton candy for five cents, and becomes involved in a comedic situation where he gets stuck in cotton candy. The issue also features a "Natural Science" educational section covering topics such as ice formations during the last ice age reaching 15,000 feet in Canada, information about nose ball games played by young elephants, facts about blue whales and lions, and details about the breakable lizard. In another story, "Li'l Pan at Bikini," Pan and friends visit Bikini Island and encounter a large bird character.
