Li'l Rascal Twins #16

This is an anthology issue containing at least two stories. "Li'l Rascal Twins" features the twins attempting to make their town quieter after the mayor complains about noise, leading them to go outside and engage in various noisy activities that ironically contradict their goal. The issue also includes "Sighko the Mouse," a prose story about a well-bred laboratory mouse born at State University who learns about the outside world from an old mouse named Whiskers and discovers the dangers and differences between his sheltered life and the broader world beyond the laboratory.
