Li'l Tomboy #99

When Li'l Tomboy's pet cat Gwendolyn escapes into the river, she becomes distraught over losing her beloved companion. A forest ranger tells her not to worry and suggests she can get another pet, but Tomboy insists she needs another pet right away and won't feel bad about losing Gwendolyn. The story follows her attempt to find a replacement for her lost cat.
