Life Story #4

A woman named Ginny grieves the loss of her love, Bert, a man she met years ago but was separated from after he suffered an injury that left him unable to walk. When she unexpectedly encounters Bert again at her workplace, she discovers he has recovered and come searching for her. Though Bert wants Ginny to stay with him, she decides to leave to start a new life, realizing their reunion would be built on pity rather than genuine love. In a separate storyline titled "Her Own Way," a young woman named Carol insists on making all her own life decisions despite her parents' opinions, ultimately choosing blue drapes for her living room to assert her independence.
