Life Story #8 This issue contains at least two stories. "Rebellious" follows Jean, a factory worker who breaks plant rules by removing her heavy leather coveralls while on the job, leading to her dismissal and subsequent reunion with her lost love Dan, whom she encounters by chance on the street; after reconciling, they embrace as Dan confesses his undying love. "The Sparing Heart" features Helen, a circus performer labeled "stingy" by her colleagues for her reluctance to spend money freely, who reveals her miserly ways stem from her attachment to Jeff Barker, a handsome producer at the traveling aquacade who has won her heart completely.
