This anthology issue features multiple stories. "The Raven" follows a fire at a building where a man named Danny is trapped; his girlfriend urges firefighters to rescue him, but the structure collapses before they can extract him. In another story, Dr. Nemesis uses a truth serum on Joe Martin to force him to confess to killing Mack Keller, then escapes after leaving behind a card identifying himself. Flash Lightning confronts Nemesis and various criminals in a nightclub, battles what appears to be an illusion of Santa Claus created by a magician named Marvo, and ultimately defeats the criminals and exposes the deception.
