"Outlaw of Space" by Frank S. Pepper is the lead story, set in the year 3000, following spaceship pilot Captain Condor who has escaped into the Titan jungle with two companions and trained animals called kippegriffs to evade the geeks who pursue them; the story shows their flight through the Valley of Flame and Condor's determination to outwit his hunters. The issue also features "Jingo Jones and His Invisibiliser" by Tom Stirling, a humorous tale about a cadet corps member whose uncle's invisible trousers invention causes comedic chaos during an inspection parade. Additionally, the comic includes a "World-Wide Quiz" feature with multiple-choice questions on geography, culture, and history, and contains advertisements and other miscellaneous features typical of the period.
