Little Angel causes domestic chaos when her father Harry brings home Mr. Matthews, a visitor, and she becomes curious about what kind of hero he is after overhearing he has "heels." While trying to investigate his shoes, Angel accidentally spills ink and creates messes throughout the house, forcing her mother to keep her occupied. Later, Angel discovers a magazine with an "Atom Bomb" article, and after her mother gives her scissors and paste for a scrapbook project, Angel cuts out the words and repeatedly says "Atom Bomb," causing her parents alarm and embarrassment in front of their guest.
