Audrey then helps an ice cream vendor when his truck breaks down, discovers an elephant stuck in mud while reading an adventure book, and later weighs herself on a scale with a friend, discovering a horoscope predicting bad luck for Friday the 13th. The story concludes with Audrey and her companion taking precautions and warning others about the unlucky day ahead.
