Little Eva #12

This issue contains two stories featuring Little Eva. In the first story, Eva and her friends engage in a tire race competition, but when one child's tire goes missing, they discover it has been taken by a character named Nipper, who turns out to be a wanted criminal that the children inadvertently help capture. The second story, "Flying High," depicts Little Eva and her friends purchasing balloons from a vendor, with the balloons becoming tied in a knot and Eva floating away while her companions attempt to retrieve her.
