Little Eva #13

Little Eva gets into mischief when she and a friend named Nipper become rivals over a boy, leading to Eva writing "Eva Loves Nipper" on walls around town. After a police officer's uncle warns her about defacing property, Eva and the friend reconcile and decide to return some stolen dolls they had taken from two men in exchange for ten dollars and free dolls. When the bus driver who helped them refuses to let them keep the dolls they'd acquired, he gives them dimes instead, and the children learn a lesson about honesty.
