Little Eva #5

Little Eva and her friends have several misadventures: first, they engage in a tire race where one child's tire is deemed too heavy for competition, then the group goes searching for the missing "Nipper" character after finding a wanted poster, only to discover he smuggled a stolen item from the post office. In another story titled "Flying High," Eva holds balloons for a boy named Joe while he ties his shoe, but the balloons float away and carry Eva skyward as Joe calls for her to come back.
