Little Jack Frost #1

Little Jack Frost returns to visit some children and takes them on an adventure after they wish his snowman companion were alive. The children ride a magical snowman that comes to life, and it grows into an enormous locomotive-sized creation. The runaway snowman causes chaos, prompting emergency calls to the snow removal department and military authorities as it barrels across the landscape at high speed, eventually connecting with railroad tracks and heading toward a major rail line at 200 miles per hour.
