Little Sammy Sneeze, a young boy unable to control his sneezes, disrupts various situations throughout several episodes. In one sequence, his sneeze scatters marbles and causes chaos with an adult and another child outdoors. In another, his uncontrollable sneezing creates mayhem indoors with visitors, causing multiple people to react with alarm. A third episode shows Sammy at a farm where his sneezes startle a cow and create havoc with farm operations. The final sequence depicts Sammy's sneeze causing a boating accident, flipping a small boat and throwing its occupants into the water.
