This anthology contains at least two stories. "Whirlwind Proposal" follows a young woman whose mother arranges for her to meet Johnny Beaumont, a man the mother wants her to date. The woman becomes interested in Johnny and agrees to date Perry Stevens to make Johnny jealous, but the plan backfires when Johnny takes her at her word and leaves town. "Those Forbidden Dates" depicts a woman named Faith who reconnects with Hugh, a man from her hometown, when he visits after years away. Hugh reveals he is now successful and owns a ranch in the mountains, and Faith agrees to stay with him at his property, though complications arise when Hugh's former girlfriend Regina appears and creates conflict over his romantic intentions.
