"The Kiss" follows Bill Torrance's frustration with his girlfriend Sue's overprotective family, who constantly interrupt their romantic moments. When Sue's parents unexpectedly give the couple theater tickets for the evening, Bill seizes the opportunity to finally share an uninterrupted kiss with Sue—only to be thwarted again when Sue's mother anxiously calls, questioning whether they might elope. A second story features a marriage counselor who becomes entangled in his own romantic complications when he falls for one of his clients, only to realize his conflicted emotions may cost him both his professional reputation and personal happiness.
