March of Crime #2

The issue contains two crime stories. "Crime in Reverse" by Harry Butler follows the police investigation of a mysterious bandit who robbed the Colorado Bank ten months prior and has mysteriously returned to the scene of the crime; Detective Captain Milton Parker and his team methodically track down the criminal through careful police work, ultimately cornering Royal Stone at a country home where Stone kills himself. A second story depicts the prison years of Oren Miklos, who dreams of revenge against Haggerty during his incarceration, and after his release arranges for Haggerty's execution through underworld connections, only to have his own plans for murder thwarted before Haggerty is ultimately killed.
