Martin Kane Private Eye #4

Martin Kane investigates a gang of international murderers known as the Whyos, who are responsible for terrorizing New York City with their criminal activities. After a series of fights and chases involving hoodlums, a police station confrontation, and pursuit on a bus, Kane works to thwart the gang's escape and bring them to justice. The story culminates with an escape siren and the threat of the criminals getting away, setting up the climax of Kane's investigation.
