Modern Comics #95

The Blackhawks are summoned to fight King Earthquake, a criminal mastermind who has taken over his headquarters and demands a password to enter. A woman named Kyra helps the Blackhawks escape from their cell, and they pursue King Earthquake's operatives to stop his destructive plans. Later, a barber named Craig becomes involved in a scheme where he receives packages and is coerced into collecting items for a criminal organization, eventually being forced to hand over evidence to Barker, who threatens him to ensure his cooperation in the conspiracy.
