Mr. Miracle Comics #4

This anthology issue features Mr. Miracle battling enemy operatives on a military vessel, including combat with the Fifth Columnists and an Admiral, culminating in his rescue of both military personnel and a captured comrade. The issue also contains a story about explorer Bob Preston and a companion retrieving a pouch from the Sarcophagus during a desert expedition that is interrupted by danger, leading them to search for the Sarcophagus in subsequent adventures. Additionally, "Jane Drake, Detective" appears, in which Jane becomes involved in a theater mystery after accidentally shooting at a young man; she learns he is Jimmy Corio, a thief hiding from authorities, and resolves to help find him despite warnings from her associate Jerry King.
