Muggsy Mouse #1

In "Say It with Music," Muggsy Mouse attempts to play a harmonica to entertain a man with a hearing problem, but his terrible musical skills only cause chaos and annoyance. After being hired to perform at a birthday party, Muggsy's awful harmonica playing drives everyone to distraction until he's accidentally locked in a car with a large man. The man's repeated attempts to dry Muggsy's wet clothes by heating the car cause it to roll downhill, and during the ensuing mayhem involving a horse and various mishaps, Muggsy continues to wreak havoc with his musical incompetence throughout the story.
