Muggsy Mouse #3

Muggsy and his friend Jumpy witness a housing shortage and help their friend find affordable housing. When Jumpy's house gets stuck and won't open, Muggsy offers him shelter, warning him not to develop bad habits. Later, Muggsy gets a job offer from a man at the "Hall of Mirrors" and agrees to frame a mirror for two dollars. The mirror proves extremely heavy, and after multiple failed attempts to carry it using various methods, Muggsy accidentally breaks it. In a separate adventure, Muggsy spots a ferret rat in the park and pursues it with binoculars, leading to a high-wire acrobatic chase that ends in a dramatic explosion.
