"Lovesick" depicts a woman moving to a new city to escape memories of a past love. She encounters a middle-aged family man at her new job and believes she recognizes him from her previous life by the waterfront, leading her to wonder if fate has reunited them. When a younger, clean-cut man named Doug approaches her at a nightclub and they begin dancing, she initially mistakes him for her lost love.
