This anthology issue contains two stories. The first story features Humberto Logan, a wealthy man who pours his fortune into developing Eden Isle in the Caribbean as a paradise. After completing his ambitious advertising and construction business venture, Logan plans to stay and become a citizen, but is thwarted when he discovers the island is actually the site of instant creation and destruction, forcing him to abandon his dream. In the second story, "Celia the Psychic," Professor John Maitland Cunningham of the Parapsychology Department meets with a young psychic woman named Celia Simmons who helps the police locate a missing officer's gun using her psychic abilities, demonstrating her gift by entering a trance and discovering the weapon hidden in the back compartment of a car.
