This anthology issue contains three superhero stories. "The Blue Beetle" features the costumed hero making a daring leap onto a gangster's car. "The Green Mask and Domino: The Mystery Boy" by Walter Frame depicts Michael Shelby, who gains superhuman abilities through a vita-ray machine and adopts the Green Mask costume to fight crime and racketeers with his boy helper Domino, investigating a new gang that has come to town and a meeting at the Castle Hotel. "Lt. Drake of the U.S. Naval Intelligence" by F. Klaus follows the naval officer as he uses his quick brain and fighting skills to stop foreign agents from being smuggled into the United States via a mysterious route, leading him to go underwater with portable oxygen tanks to intercept the operation.
