This anthology issue features three superhero stories: "The Green Mask and Domino," in which Michael Shelby, empowered by a vita-ray machine accident, adopts the Green Mask costume to combat counterfeit money flooding the city; an untitled adventure involving Lt. Drake in Siam, where bandits ambush a car carrying Mr. Lefcourt and his daughter Virginia, leading to gunfire and rescue efforts; and "D-13: Secret Agent," by S.R. Powell, featuring Captain Anthony, a secret agent on a mission to Alaska who uncovers a plot by Siberian spies involving a radio base near Kachamtka.
