This anthology issue contains at least two stories: "Thou Shalt Not Dream!" follows Bob Grant, who since childhood has suffered terrifying nightmares commanding him to kill, culminating in a ghostly warning that torments him throughout his life until he marries a woman named Anna. "Snake-Eyes of Doom!" features gambler Whitey Manson, whose loaded dice against Whitney Manson are cursed with horror and sudden death, leading to a supernatural confrontation with a giant creature. A third story, "Satan's Woman Prize!", depicts the devil bestowing beauty and power over men upon a woman named Tanya Lorenz in a Bavarian graveyard, with villagers later fighting over her.
