Napoleon and Uncle Elby #1

This issue contains multiple stories featuring the character Napoleon, a mischievous dog. In "Napoleon and Uncle Elby," Uncle Elby tries on hats with Napoleon, who creates chaos and mayhem throughout the sequence. In another "Napoleon" story by Clifford McBride, the dog goes on a boating adventure with Miss Smith, where he causes trouble aboard the Banshee III motorboat, nearly capsizing it and running out of gasoline. A final "Napoleon" story shows the dog disrupting a radio broadcast demonstration and causing an on-air incident that damages the equipment and sends the broadcasters scrambling.
