National Comics #23

National Comics #23 is an anthology featuring multiple superhero stories. "Quicksilver" battles Nazi agents and a traitor with a mysterious glove containing apartment blueprints, ultimately reporting his success to Uncle Sam. "Cyclone" discovers a rubber plant being grown by the government for the war effort and must stop Japanese spies who attempt to steal the rubber, eventually using the plant's defensive properties to foil their plot.
