This anthology issue contains three stories: "Uncle Sam" by Wm. Fisner depicts saboteurs destroying buildings and infrastructure in a wartime tale of espionage and destruction. "Kid Dixon" by Bob Reynolds follows a young boxer named Joey McGraw who has signed a contract to fight, with his mother and McGraw's managers becoming involved in the plot. "Pen Miller" shows the famous detective on vacation with his companion Niki, where they encounter gunfire and investigate criminal activity, including a confrontation with Nazis during an aerial pursuit involving a transport plane.
