Nickel Comics #8 is an anthology featuring two main stories. "Bulletman" pursues the criminal Craddock, who possesses a mysterious blimp and uses it in his scheme; Bulletman must track him down and force a confession about who is behind the operation. "Jim Dolan" follows a newspaper editor investigating a series of deaths at a construction site, uncovering a deadly plot involving riveters and a "sting of death" that claims multiple victims before Dolan works to expose the conspiracy. A third story features a rocket ship adventure with a princess trapped in a giant claw, heroes working to rescue her, and a climactic escape involving the ship's release mechanism and a dangerous crash landing.
