The main story "Jungle Crash" by Westbrook Wilson follows Special Agent Gerry Graves, who survives a plane crash in Africa while on a mission to apprehend diamond smuggler Vincent Carruthers on charges of illicit diamond buying and murder. After washing ashore, Graves recovers his revolver and ventures into the jungle, where he discovers Carruthers has also survived and possesses a valuable diamond. Nyoka intervenes to stop Carruthers from escaping with the stolen gem, working with native allies to prevent him from fleeing. A secondary humorous story, "Baldwin the Bachelor," depicts a bachelor being interviewed about his bachelorhood and his claim that he has never found his "ideal" woman, only to reveal he once found such a woman but she rejected marrying him because she was searching for her own "ideal" man.
